We have newly been selected as a multi-unit operations and are seeking a Director of Operations to lead our new restaurant at Chick-fil-A Larkridge in Thornton, Co which is just 4 miles from Chick-fil-A Orchard Park.

Benefits: • Compensation: $70-80k (depending on skill set and previous work history) this is an hourly position with requirements of 45-46 hours a week to achieve the above compensation.
Working nights is a requirement of this opportunity.
• Health Benefits: Owner/Operator contributes $500 monthly (out of pocket cost of
$60-100 monthly)

Background and Competencies:
• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years in a management position

A Day In The Life: • Monday- Saturday availability | 44-476 hours/week | Sundays off and 1 additional day off during the week.
• Time Expectations: During the training period you will accelerate through all aspects of
the Back of House before progressing to the different roles in the Front of House.
As you
see how all of these pieces fit together, you will learn how to think and what to look for when
it comes to running all aspects of the operation.
If you are developed, qualified, and
performing with excellence, the operational schedule will shift in the first 6 months to 35-40
hours per week on shift, allowing 5-6 hours per week off shift to focus on leadership
responsibilities.
While on shift, you will ensure operational excellence while leading teams of up to 35 people and an organization of 100+ people.
• Nights: You are responsible for working 2-3 nights per week as part of this role and this is an aspect of your role that will not change at anytime.
