Director of Operations Responsibilities: Oversee 360 Ops of your stores Coordinate with HR Lock down all financials Drive high-volume business to meet and exceed budget & forecast Director of Operations Requirements: 7 years in operations, 3-5 at a senior level for a full service restaurant group Scratch kitchen experience Excellent communication skills Hands-on management style, leads by example 50% travel Director of Operations Benefits: Competitive market salary $120k-$140k DOE PTO Medical, dental, vision Paid holidays
