Director of Purchasing - Residential Construction
A leading home builder is looking to add a Director of Purchasing to their team!
Director of Purchasing Duties & Responsibilities:
* Oversee Purchasing Department
* Prepare budgets and determine product features and options
* Negotiate and contract with subcontractors and vendors.
* Vendor/national contract rebates.
* Assist subcontractors and Construction team as needed
* Managing/leading a team
Director of Purchasing Qualifications:
* 5+ years of Purchasing experience within the Residential Construction Industry (with projects over $7M)
* 3+ years of Management experience
* College degree preferred, not required
