Education/Certification:
• Current state licensure as PT/PTA, OT/COTA, or SLP
• Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in allie d health field PT/PTA, OT/COTA, or SLP
• Proficiency with all applicable state, federal, and professional standards
• Prior management experience in Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
• Preferred prior Net Health (formerly Rehab Optima) experience Qualifications:
• Must maintain a clinical case load
• Knowledge and skills to care for patient needs of the SNF population

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversees the daily workflow of the Rehab Department.
• As a facility department head, will actively participate within the interdisciplinary team (IDT)
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
• Carries a clinical caseload
• Provide direction and leadership to all therapy staff
• Ensures program compliance through review for accurate billing, documentation, and support
to therapy staff.
• Responsible fo r maintaining optimal staffing mix. Including recruitment, orientation,
development, retention, scheduling, and employee engagement of therapy staff.
• Clinical management of therapy department through patient identification, case management,
care planning, and clinical utilization.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to drive clinical excellence and supportive facility culture
• Ensures rehabilitation staff is providing appropriate care to Resident in keeping with
established standards for quality and in accordance with generally established principles of
care.
• Supervises the scheduling of residents for therapy services considering available treatment
hours, staff resources and overall plan of care.
• Manages the evaluation and development of in - house therap y programs including equipment
assessment and staffing ratios.
• Completes required forms and documents timely, in accordance with company policy and state
and/or federal regulations.
• O ther duties as assigned.
