Director of Reliability and Sustaining (12-month maternity cover – Fixed Term Contract) Warwick Hybrid working PLEASE NOTE: This is not an hourly or day rate contract. It is a salaried position for 12 months. The Director of Reliability and Sustaining will be accountable for the ongoing performance of the Quanta products in the field. Quanta has recently embarked on its second stage of commercial roll out with new machine software enabling access to the acute and intensive care segment in the USA.
This will involve development of in-field management strategies, troubleshooting guides, maintenance regimes, product design changes, and the implementation of those into production and the field products.

As the preferred candidate for the role of Director of Reliability and Sustaining you have:A background in the delivery of reliability and sustainability of complex high integrity devices in a relevant sector. This could be from Medical Devices, Aerospace, Defence or Automotive.Significant team and divisional management experience.Experience and knowledge of architecture, design, development, testing, troubleshooting of complex mechatronic products and systems. Experience of supporting a growing installed base of machines through their life cycle.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to assess complex issues and provide effective solutions.Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
