Director Of Talent, Operations & Culture

Juxtaposition Arts seeks a dynamic Director of Talent, Operations, and Culture who will serve as the head of the Human Resources function and a partner to the management team in creating initiatives, systems, and best practices to recruit, develop, and train a diverse and high-performing workforce.
The Director of Talent, Operations, and Culture (TOC) will report to the Executive Director and will serve on the Juxtaposition Arts Leadership Team (along with the Executive Director, Director of Programs, Director of Finance, and Director of Development).
In this role, the Director of TOC will help lead and manage a plan for staffing, performance management, and professional development.
Additionally, the Director of TOC will oversee staff and contractors, providing key administrative support (around issues such as insurance and technology) and managing and maintaining Juxtaposition's campus.
The Director of TOC will drive strategy to support JXTA's efforts to attract, develop, and retain a diverse workforce and encourage innovation, learning, and cross-cultural collaboration. The Director of TOC will help foster a supportive and dynamic organizational culture that supports our mission and strategic plans.
