The Director, Revenue Cycle Management is responsible for the overall day-to-day execution of Nira Medical's billing and collection functions supporting its physician practice, infusion, and specialty pharmacy services. The Director is responsible for supervision of billing and collections management & staff with expectations to develop strategies and achieve performance targets that meet Nira Medical's business objectives. The Director is expected to further support a variety of business goals and initiatives requiring expert input from revenue cycle leadership in order to advance the objectives of the business.
Education/Experience Bachelor of Science or Arts
Minimum of 5 year's experience in a revenue cycle leadership role, prior experience with pharmaceuticals or pharmaceutical services in a physician office, ambulatory infusion, or home infusion setting highly preferred
Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks among multiple stakeholders and timetables, and meet deadlines successfully
Outstanding customer service skills.
Excellent presentation and personnel management skill
Major Responsibilities Supervises and supports all billing, collections, and payment posting staff, managers, and processes on a day-to-day basis
Develops and achieves best-in-class revenue operations performance metrics in collaboration with executive leadership in alignment with established budgets and business plans
Actively engages in the development and training of managers and staff including direct involvement in the creation of training materials, mentorship programs, performance improvement systems, and quality assurance processes
Maintains expert proficiency and expertise within the revenue cycle management organization as a resource supporting billing and collections consideration throughout the enterprise including diligence processes related to merger and acquisition activities
Collaborates effectively with leaders throughout the organization in patient onboarding, payor contracting/relations, growth, and clinical operations among others as needed to achieve best outcomes for the business
Anticipates and strategizes around future reimbursement and payor policy trends, opportunities, and challenges as a thought leader within the organization
