Role Overview The Operations Organization is searching for a dynamic, focused Director of Strategic Programs. The Director of Strategic Programs is responsible for driving organizational priorities, fostering effective communication, and enhancing operational efficiency to achieve business objectives.? The person in this role will be responsible for providing analytical support, consulting and cross-functional implementation leadership. Strengths in business process assessment, measurement and re-engineering are key, as is the ability to leverage technology to implement business solutions.
\n Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, launch, manage and complete the successful installation of strategic initiatives that enable revenue growth and improve company profitability and efficiency Track the efficiency of various initiatives and help implement the appropriate reporting and metrics to ensure desired results are being achieved Work with Operations leadership to set strategic priorities as well as assist with M&A strategy efforts to help drive integration of acquisitions Develop governance, communications, and operational policies for the initiatives to ensure alignment with overall transformation efforts Prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholdersIdentify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend solutions to improve organizational performanceEnsure projects and initiatives are completed on time and within scopeServe as a thought partner in evaluating new business opportunities or addressing organizational challenges Qualifications7-10 years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or executive-level supportProven ability to manage complex projects, lead cross-functional teams, and influence without direct authorityExpertise in data collection and analysis for decision-makingStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, tailored to varied audiencesAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities Behavioral CompetenciesManages ComplexityEnsures AccountabilityCommunicates EffectivelyOptimizes Work ProcessesCourage
