Director-Ticket Operations

The Georgia Tech Athletic Associate (GTAA) sponsors varsity intercollegiate athletics competition in 17 NCAA Division I sports for the Georgia Institute of Technology. We are a proud member of the Atlantic Coast Conference. Job Summary Provide exemplary customer service to our fans as well as other departments within the GTAA (Georgia Tech Athletic Association). Work within our structure and mission to increase revenue through ticket sales and related fan experience platforms through industry-leading best practices. Responsible for setting employee goals, assessing employee performance, providing feedback, and making pay recommendations.
Responsibilities Manage ticket sales process and related Tech Fund for all ticketed sports.Lead ticketing operations for games for assigned sports.Oversee contracts with ticket platform Paciolan as well as external vendors/partners.Lead the fulfillment of sales campaigns with external sales and retention units.Assist all other GTAA departments with various ticketing needs.Cooperate with the Athletics compliance office regarding NCAA rules and policies, including reporting requirements, and make a determined effort to ensure that staff and teams are in compliance.Exhibit the GT Athletics core values of character, excellence, teamwork, and innovation. Promote these values throughout the organization with a focus on fulfilling the GT Athletics mission.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Educational Requirements Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience working NCAA Division I or major professional sports ticketing experience.
Required Experience Seven or more years of job-related experience.
