Job Description:

The Dishwasher's primary role is to maintain, clean, and sanitize the kitchen areas of the various restaurant outlets of the property as assigned.


Responsibilities and Duties:

Process dirty dishes through dishwasher Dry and organize all clean dishes Keep equipment and pots clean for the restaurant outlet Daily pick up of trash in the assigned kitchen area Keep storage areas clean, sanitized and inspected for foreign objects Properly rotate (FIFO) food items; check expirations Clean all safety hazards immediately and report maintenance issues promptly Daily sweeping and mopping of assigned kitchen areas Keep work area in compliance with health regulations and department policies All other duties as assigned
