Responsibilities Dispatch electrical, plumbing and HVAC technicians to customer homesAbility to work well and quickly under pressureRelay important information from technicians to customersFill out permits, schedule inspections and APCO when necessaryDebrief technicians as they complete jobs and enter data into softwareIssue and enter purchase orders Perform other various administrative and reporting tasksOrganization and time management skillsStrong decision-making and change management skillsExcel and word experience preferred High School Diploma or GED Working knowledge of computers and ability to navigate through software applications i.e.: Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word Previous experience working with business management software is preferred Drug-free with no criminal history Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Be a team player Being genuine and personable is a must!
