Position Overview
As a Canine Care Assistant, you will have the pleasure of interacting with both our human and canine guests. Your responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries via phone and email, as well as using our computer program, Gingr, to check dogs in and out. The ideal candidate should possess a confident disposition, a passion for pets, and strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments. Additionally, you will oversee groups of dogs during playtime, ensuring their safety at all times. You will also capture photos and videos of the dogs enjoying themselves throughout the day and assist with teaching them basic obedience commands.
