Responsibilities:
Support the Executive Director by scheduling and coordinating meetings with the board of directors and committees.
Help with communications and social media to maintain and enhance the organization's presence.
Work closely with the Executive Director of the WCA Foundation to bolster fundraising efforts and manage donor relations.
Accurately record and maintain gift and constituent information in the Blackbaud Raiser's Edge/NXT database.
Assist in coordinating departmental workflows to ensure efficient resource development and productivity.
Commit to the WCA Foundation's mission of supporting healthcare at UPMC Chautauqua through dedicated efforts.
Aid in organizing and managing fundraising events and donor engagement activities.
Generate and review reports on fundraising and donor information to support strategic decisions and improvements.
Experience in data systems, preferably donor software (Raiser's Edge/NXT) or other data base software
Analytical skills and ability to measure effective results to create meaningful reporting
Social media and communication skills with press releases, photos, website updates
Maturity and comfort with a variety of people that support the work of the WCA Foundation
Excellent writing skills and communication skills with the public
Required:
2 years of experience working in customer service field
Preferred:
Associate degree
