So, if you want to be challenged in an exciting and fast-paced environment, this is the place for you! The Role: Perform the function of a Table Games Supervisor or Dealer based upon the business need needs of the casino.
Ensure quality guest service and a favorable gaming experience for guests.
Responsibilities: GeneralMaintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times.Assist in maintaining a spotless environment by disposing of any items left behind by guests, cleaning ashtrays, and/or preparing trash for removal from the pit.Have complete knowledge of all Bally's Kansas City Casino events and promotional activities.Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members.Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally's Kansas City and departmental management.Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.Dealer
Create teamwork by helping co-workers with essential functions.Deal the game and monitor the monies of the table at all times.Maintain game protection procedures over casino gaming cheques, playing cards, and equipment at all times.
Use all table game equipment correctly.Monitor guest play for cheating scams and suspicious variations in play.
Accurately and promptly pay winning guest bets.Attend additional dealer training upon management request.Supervisor
Monitor game activity at all times.Constructively train and supervise dealers to ensure compliance with casino procedures, rules and regulations.Ensure that winning bets are accurately and promptly paid and correct any dealer errors as required.Analyze guests' play to monitor for cheating scams, advantage play, card counters, and unusual or suspicious variations in play.Manage administration of table fills and credits, player ratings, and rundowns.
Control gaming cards and equipment.Resolve issues, disputes, and correct errors as needed.Develop personnel while ensuring an adequate level of labor is used to perform to the required level of service.Assist with the preparation and administration of disciplinary action as necessary.Assist in writing and delivering performance reviews for team members.Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, company policies and procedures, and team member and guest information. Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED is preferred.Technical school education or previous casino experience in dealing table games is preferred.Experience as a Dealer at Bally's KC with a minimum overall rating of Meets Expectations on the most recent performance review and no performance documentation for the last 90 days is strongly preferred.Proficiency in all games offered.Must obtain and maintain Missouri Gaming Commission occupational license.Maintain TiPS certification.Must be able to work any necessary hours, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Read, write, and understand instructions in English.Communicate appropriately with all departments and fellow team members.Good eye-hand coordination.Knowledge of specified games and Missouri Gaming Commission regulations.Able to add monies and chips in order to properly payout winning bets.Knowledge of and ability to identify theft techniques.Good customer service and communication skills.Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.

Target Salary Range:
Dealer: $6.15 - $6.45 + tokesSupervisor: $24.50 - $29.27
