Responsibilities: Lead by example, creating an environment of trust and rapport with children and employees.
Maintain center environment and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
Source, train, coach, and engage with employees to maintain high performance.
Guide teachers in implementing curriculum and drive the learning environment.
Deliver consistent business results and manage financial operations.
Engage prospective families and execute community marketing events.
Requirements: Two or more years of center leadership/management experience highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
Must meet applicable background screening or state licensing requirements.
