EBP Audit Director Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced EBP Audit Director to lead our Employee Benefit Plan audits.
The successful candidate will oversee the audit process, ensuring compliance with ERISA regulations and providing exceptional service to our clients.
This role requires strong technical expertise in employee benefits and public accounting, coupled with excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Employee Benefit Plan audits from planning to completionEnsure compliance with ERISA regulations and applicable auditing standardsReview and evaluate audit workpapers and final reportsProvide guidance and mentorship to junior staffCommunicate audit findings and recommendations to clientsDevelop and maintain strong client relationshipsStay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changesQualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant fieldCPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation required5+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on EBP auditsStrong knowledge of ERISA regulations and employee benefitsProven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsLeadership experience in mentoring and developing staff
