ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain premises, lunchrooms, bathrooms, rest and working areas of offices of industrial buildings. Perform duties of dusting, cleaning windows, empty trash. Perform duties of sweeping, vacuuming, stripping wax, waxing, buffing of floors. May cut lawn and trim and edge shrubs and around walks and walls. May clean grounds and removes litter. Makes minor maintenance repairs on offices, buildings, and/or facilities. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies. Shovels snow and ice from walks. Spreads salt on walks to prevent ice buildup. Performs routine cleaning and maintenance on gardening equipment. Responsible for conducting all works in a safe manner. May perform other duties as requested. May participate on project teams as requested.
