Job Title: eCommerce Content Specialist
Reports To: Sales and Marketing Manager

Summary:
As the eCommerce Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the online presence of our product lines, Viper and Pink Box. Your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing content across our websites and collaborating with merchants to ensure a seamless consumer experience.
Essential Functions:
Develop, monitor, and update compelling product content on our company and merchant eCommerce platforms.
Craft engaging copy and visually appealing photography that resonates with consumers.
Adapt content based on insights into the needs of our buyer personas for Viper and Pink Box products.
Become a subject matter expert in assigned product categories and manage day-to-day activities for merchant accounts.
Design and execute promotional pricing campaigns, including collaborating with merchants and creating persuasive copy.
Create comprehensive guides and product sheets to support successful product launches.
Address and resolve eCommerce payment issues effectively.
Establish standards and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and new product listings.
Demonstrate proficiency in eCommerce platforms, CRM tools, and Adobe Creative Suite applications.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with Figma.
Strong grasp of web development languages and technologies such as WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without compromising attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for conveying information clearly and concisely.
Demonstrated judgment and ability to work independently.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional eCommerce-related role.
Strong background in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Big Commerce) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
This position is remote, offering a self-directed work environment that requires adherence to company policies, procedures, and values. You will work from a home office utilizing standard office equipment. While performing duties, you will collaborate with team members and stakeholders via phone, video calls, or text messaging. Occasionally, lifting and/or moving up to 20 pounds may be required.
