Sauder Woodworking is adding an Ecommerce Item Specialist to our Sales team. The Ecommerce Item Specialist works behind the scenes orchestrating the launch of exciting new products on ecommerce platforms. This role is all about ensuring that new items are set up perfectly, maintaining digital content, and streamlining processes for maximum efficiency. By taking on these responsibilities, you'll free up ecommerce Sales Assistants to tackle daily account management and post-launch tasks, making the whole team more effective and agile.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Aid in uploading and activating new or existing products to ecommerce websites, including loading the proper attributions, implementing product descriptions, and any other associated content via excel spreadsheet and/or vendor portals.Monitor the time it takes to get products on account websites and address barriers/roadblocks with associated Sales Assistant.Regularly audit all content on ecommerce partners' websites to ensure accurate display of information and content.Correct and ensure changes of all inaccurate information and content stemming from website audits.Verify product and content set-up best practices are maintained.Research the process of uploading products and content to different ecommerce sites when needed.Handle heavy volume with emphasis on accuracy and speed to market.Identify and resolve technical issues before they go out to the customer.Work closely with several departments to obtain critical information to be uploaded to customer sites.QUALIFICATIONS Good written and oral communication skillsDetail-orientedTimely – an ability to meet tight deadlinesOrganizedProficient in MS Office and ExcelPAY SUMMARY Expected offer range: $19.50 - $22.95/hour. The actual pay will be based on relevant skills and experience. The max pay listed is not the top of the pay band.
