Essential Functions · Assist a journeyman electrician and follow instructions · Prepare and clean work areas · Carry and deliver materials · Install, repair, and maintain various electrical wiring systems and equipment · Use measuring equipment and hand tools to perform conduit and cable tray installation · Follow safety codes and building regulations · Be reliable and on time · Other Duties as assigned

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements · High school diploma or GED certificate · Eagerness to learn electrical schematics and blueprint reading skills · Good technical skills and a willingness to follow instruction · Strong analytical ability and willingness to accept and learn from criticism · Hold valid driver's license · Have good English-speaking skills · Prefer someone with 3-4 years of apprentice experience · Team oriented and possess a strong commitment to SAFETY and Quality. Physical Requirements · Bending, squatting, climbing, stooping, twisting, reaching, working at elevated heights will all be required · Good work ethic, team player attitude, and problem-solving ability · Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance · Own personal hand tools with Power tools provided · Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen · Must be able to work outside in extreme temperatures, or in a shop environment Schedule: Minimum of 50 hours a week. 10 hours a day.
