Interacts with supplier and customer to complete engineering tasksAble to identify and define technical problems and propose solutions within the business unitIdentifies issues with existing processes and proposes new methodologiesAssists and supports the development of new methods and processes within own business unitSchedule tasks for projects and agree timing. Performs necessary work to accomplish specific tasks within overall scheduleAccountable for meeting schedule completion dates and tasks budget or for providing timely feedback when dates and cost targets cannot be metDetailed knowledge of EEAC and understanding of different business units. Knowledge with local site goalsSuccessfully completes engineering projects and identifies improvement opportunities for future projects for that business unitObjectives are defined and approach is reviewed.
