Opportunity: Commercial Electrical Project Leader / Foreman Electrical Project Leader / Foreman – What You Will Do You will oversee a large team of commercial electricians (total downline of 100+), working on commercial job sites including commercial buildings, medical offices, universities, retail centers, hospitals and healthcare centers (emphasis on healthcare and medical projects) within Houston and the surrounding areas (no overnight travel!)
Oversee all phase of the electrical project, including reading plans and blueprints to understand the project's requirements and scope, plan the crew's activities, and oversight of the project budgetManage and motivate a team of electricians, providing guidance and support and troubleshooting complex electrical issuesExamine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites, ensuring safety and that work is performed to project specificationsParticipate in the safety process to ensure team is safe and protectedElectrical Project Leader / Foreman – Required Skills, Qualifications You have prior experience in a commercial electrical role as a crew leader, project leader, foreman or experienced superintendent leading large electrical crewsYou have in-depth knowledge of commercial electrical code and standardsYou have overseen project budgets and are knowledgeable about contract values, monitoring budget to actuals and project labor ratesYou have mastery in reading specifications and blueprintsElectrical Project Leader / Foreman – Benefits for You Your compensation will be $50 per hour + depending on experience, and includes potential for overtime and additional bonus potential. You will also be provided with a vehicle allowance and additional stipends.
