Electrical Journeyman

ITAC is seeking an Electrical Journeyman to join our team of talented professionals. As an Electrical Journeyman, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems for our clients in the process and industrial sectors. This role requires an individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for clients in the process and industrial sectors. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine the location of wiring and equipment. Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and provide recommendations for repairs. Manage and maintain tools and equipment necessary for electrical work. Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to complete projects on time and within budget. Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide electrical expertise and recommendations. Requirements Completion of an Electrical Apprenticeship Program or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial and process electrical systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in interpreting schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
