Electrical Journeyman

We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Journeyman with a strong background in CONSTRUCTION & HVAC/R projects, boasting at least 10 years of hands-on experience in the field. As we expand our operations, we need someone who is enthusiastic, dedicated, and prepared to tackle challenges head-on. This position offers a starting pay range of $28.00-$34.00, based on your experience level Benefits: Competitive wage commensurate with experience 7 days of holiday pay including your birthday (New Year s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day) Paid vacation after your first year (40 hours) Job Responsibilities: Provide efficient, high-quality service ensuring minimal callbacks Effectively communicate with team members, management, vendors, and customers Lift and transport heavy tools and equipment as necessary Work outdoors when required Participate in on-call schedule and weekend shifts Maintain a stocked service truck Complete annual service reviews Schedule: Full-time, 40-hour workweek from Monday to Friday On-call availability for weekends along with potential overtime Must provide and maintain hand tools necessary for the job Qualifications: Must possess a valid Journeyman's license Valid driver s license with an insurable driving record 10 years of relevant residential/commercial HVAC experience No felony convictions Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a variety of customers Physical capability to lift and move heavy equipment safely Must be able to pass a drug test
