We need someone who pays extremely close attention to detail and will not be overwhelmed by a position of leadership. This also means we expect applicants to be diligent when cleaning and maintaining job sites, tools, and vehicles.Outgoing Personality and Friendly Disposition: We pride ourselves on being the highest-rated electrician service in Des Moines, and we need our technicians to do the same. Applicants need to come across as approachable and have exceptional communication skills so that we can continue to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships with our clients.Honest and Dependable: We pride ourselves on our up-front pricing and satisfaction guarantee, we want our technicians to do the same. We are looking for people who are trustworthy and take pride in their work.Willing to Help Others Grow: Technicians applying to this position should have a deep understanding of their trade and be willing to use this knowledge to help other, less experienced technicians develop their skills.
