Your New Role: As an exceptional Licensed Electrician in Minneapolis, MN, you'll be the face of our residential electrical repair and installation services. You will:
Complete general electrical in-home service calls.Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.Show yourself as a professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the overall success of the business.Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.Adhere to our core values: Work Hard Play Hard, Get the Job Done Right, Assume the Burden, Be Intentional.
