Electronics Technician

Location: Wichita, KS (On-site position)
Salary: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Requirements: 2+ years experience in maintenance and repair of electronics or electrical components / Knowledge of digital and analog electronics Additional ways in which a candidate may stand out would be:
- Working knowledge of assembly drawings and schematics, procedures, and technical manuals
- Exposure to avionic components (Helpful) What You Will Be Doing - Troubleshoot, diagnose, modify, replace and repair electrical components, parts, equipment and systems
- Test instruments using appropriate test equipment, circuit testers, oscilloscopes, and voltmeters
- Monitor daily schedule to ensure ship schedule is met
- Complete documentation such as shop, and manufacturing order records and submit required reports
- Read and interpret assembly drawings and schematics, procedures, and technical manuals
- Constant handle, feel and manipulation of small objects
What You Need for this Position - HS Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in the maintenance and repair of various types of avionic equipment
- Knowledge of advanced analog and digital electronics, system theory, and operational function of various units (Helpful)
