We are currently seeking to hire Energy Consultants to join our team! We create hundreds of warm solar leads every week and as we continue to grow our lead generation team we are looking to hire Consultants to work with our preset appointments as well as self generate business by canvassing. We encourage those with all types of sales backgrounds to apply to our open position and help us continue to create a cleaner environment and help homeowners !

This position is full time and driving is a required part of the role.
Primary Responsibilities: Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy Manage preset appointments SelfGenerate business by canvassing door to door Be a positive influencer in team meetings Live the companys core values Qualifications: 1 Years of sales experience Must have reliable transportation Open and flexible schedule Organized Ability to selfmanage Professional background Whats in it for you Annual Earning Potential $100000 per year Weekly pay: Uncapped commissions monthly bonuses Team incentives Training and development Team atmosphere Career advancement Our Pay You are paid for each appointment that results in a sale. Earnings are uncapped. Based on 67 appointments and 12 sales per week this role pays $75000$100000 a year. Commission based pay rewards you directly for your efforts. Promotions are performance based and there are no minimum time requirements. Salary: $75000.00 $200000.00 per year
