This is a position inside the broader Wellbeing Engagement (WE) team responsible for developing and executing our scalable and sustainable marketing engagement strategies for end-users across a portfolio of clients. YOUR IMPACTDeploy Wellhub's  global WE strategy and best practices in the US market, assuring its correct execution within the Mid Market;Plan and execute scalable and sustainable strategies to increase the reachable market through HR communication channels for a specific portfolio of clients;Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders in order to enable initiatives and projects;Engage and maintain multiple timelines of projects to ensure timely completion;Track and use client performance data in order to inform portfolio strategy;Understand, manage, and communicate branding assets needed to successfully execute projects in a timely manner and reach client engagement goals;Streamline tasks to ensure project timelines are running smoothly and efficiently;Identify and strategize areas of opportunity to create maximum impact on all client portfolios in the Mid Market ecosystem;Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.WHO YOU ARESomeone familiar with the Wellness & Fitness industry in the US;3+ years experience with Engagement strategies;Ability to work at both strategic and execution levels, assuring that things will be done on time;Strong results-oriented and data-focused mindset;Organization skills and ability to successfully manage multiple high-priority projects;Solid communication skills and ability to adapt and quickly pivot in a changing environment;Comfortable with Adobe, Tableau, Google Suite, and ZOOM;Ability to influence and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including client-facing scenarios;Experience with Project Management tools;Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities.We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
