Job Title: Enrollment Recruitment Coordinator Department: Marketing and Admissions
Reports to: Director, Graduate Admissions
Job Summary: The Enrollment Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified undergraduate and graduate students, both on campus and online, to HCU.
This role involves working with internal and external partners to coordinate recruitment events, manage admissions outreach initiatives, cultivate and nurture relationships with businesses, and work with prospective students.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Event Planning and Execution: Coordinate and execute on-campus and off-campus recruitment events, including fairs, open houses, and information sessions. Develop and manage event logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management. Create engaging and informative presentations. Student Relationship Management: Respond to inquiries from prospective students and their families in a timely and professional manner. Build and maintain relationships with deans, internal partners, businesses, and community college advisors. Track student applications and admissions decisions, as needed, to measure performance. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data on recruitment efforts, including event attendance, inquiry volume, applications, and enrollment rates. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes. Team Collaboration: Work closely with admissions counselors, admissions officers, and other university staff to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Contribute to the development and implementation of the university's overall admissions strategy. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Experience in higher education admissions or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Slate). Knowledge of admissions policies and procedures. Passion for higher education and a commitment to student success. Working Conditions: Some travel may be required for recruitment events. Position may involve evening and weekend work.
