Affirm's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team is focused on enabling informed risk based decisions by establishing enterprise standards, governance practices and independent risk oversight programs to safeguard our business, people and brand. We're seeking an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Manager to support existing ERM programs and contribute to the development of new risk focused initiatives.
What You'll Do:
Support the enterprise-wide risk assessment process, create centralized risk registers and facilitate escalation processes.
Support the execution of strategic projects for the wider ERM team including the creation of an RCSA program to support the Operational Risk Program
Propose and implement ERM Program enhancements related to frameworks (e.g. Product Governance, Data Governance), standards, procedures, and tooling
Support international market ERM program maturity
Identify/track risks related to legal contract commitments
Support Enterprise-wide Risk Management Committee execution
Facilitate Enterprise-wide emerging risk program
Lead the enterprise resiliency program by:
Facilitating and analyzing core elements of a Business Continuity Program (BCP), such as Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Risk Analysis, Business Continuity Plan (BCP) development
Active coordination with the overarching Affirm BCP team to drive process consistency throughout the organization (including supporting Disaster Recovery program efforts)
What We Look For:
6+ years of professional work experience in Enterprise and/or Operational Risk in a regulated environment, preferably in banking and financial services
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience)
Self-starter with the desire to ramp up quickly, collaborate, execute and propose alternative or creative solutions when necessary
Experience supporting and/or facilitating risk management committees
Excellent time management, quantitative/analytical skills, critical thinking and communication skills
Resourceful and can work well independently
Proficient in Google Workspace applications, GRC platforms and other task management tools (e.g. JIRA, Asana, Auditboard)

Employees new to Affirm or promoted into a new role, typically begin in the min to mid range.
CAN base pay range per year:
Min: $105,300
Mid: $131,600
Max: $157,900
