Enterprise Solutions Architect

As an Enterprise Solutions Architect Team member, you will work with a variety of accounts, leading skilled engineering staff of our customers. You will help isolate major performance issues and provide solutions to mitigate performance problems within large environments. Collaborating with our product engineering teams, you will ensure that any functional gaps and opportunities for improvement are clearly articulated and managed between our accounts and our engineering team.
Our team members regularly engage in hands-on solutioning, either for our own purposes of working smarter or to assist in the implementation of deployments or solutions at the customer. Our joint team of highly experienced ESAs is involved in solutioning with technologies such as C#, Java, SQL, NodeJS, JavaScript, Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, and more. Being part of the team means contributing a history of high-level consulting while also being ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute in code for the team or the customer.
The Enterprise Solution Architect is a blend of an infrastructure expert, automation specialist, coder, trusted advisor, and cloud services authority. You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of our monitoring solutions through a well-defined, repeatable services engagement model. Our ESA team members perform most of their responsibilities remotely from a home office with moderate to minimal travel from time to time.
