We're seeking a future team member for the role ofAnalystto join ourTax Reporting & Complianceteam. This role is located inPittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Tax due diligence support - Support the operations to comply with the requirements of Due Diligence/Reporting Regulations (FATCA/CRS)
Supports the coordination of tax-related regulatory filings. Gathers required data elements, as needed, for various regulatory filings. Provides status updates on progress of data collection.
Implements system and operational modifications to comply with more straightforward regulatory changes. Updates tax forms and information return layouts.
Performs first-level quality assurance of tax deliverables for more complex clients in accordance with department policies.
Tracks data needed for tax calculations. Reviews work of junior team members, resolves data discrepancies and escalates issues to more senior team members.
Responsible for the quality and completion of own work. No direct reports.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in a business discipline is preferred.
Two to three (2-3) years of total work experience is preferred.
The role will require the associate to review and process tax documents, and assist with data gathering and reporting. Any documentation, including KYC experience, is preferred. FATCA CRS Experience is a bonus.
Work done with Forms W8, Form W9 and CRS Self Certifications is a bonus
