Entry Level Charity Event Coordinator

Are you an enthusiastic individual with strong communication skills? Smart Consulting Solutions is looking for an entry-level Charity event coordinator to join our team! This role involves locating, scheduling, recommending, and overseeing all shows and events, along with managing various marketing initiatives in the local area.Key Responsibilities:Research and evaluate divisional events and book suitable showsAssess staffing needs for upcoming events and schedule accordinglyHire and train Event Demonstrators on setup, teardown, and performance expectationsSupervise Event Demonstrators and address any performance issuesGuide employees assisting with eventsOversee all booth setup and teardownReport any display issues to the Division Manager for repairsEnsure Event Demonstrators collect accurate customer lead slipsAdhere to the event budget and ensure a good return on investmentDemonstrate Champion products to customers at events and answer their questionsPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications:Strong leadership abilities to guide a team of show promotersProficient in budget oversightExcellent organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to stand for 8-10 hoursAbility to lift up to 40 lbs for booth setup and teardownWillingness to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekendsSmart Consulting Solutions is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.Powered by JazzHRPI5a375db94257-34600-35806672
