Century Engineering is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Engineer to work on challenging and exciting water & wastewater projects (both public and private) in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Position requires a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Primarily reporting to the Dover, Delaware office with possibility of being located in the Newark, Delaware office, successful candidates will perform engineering tasks in the water/wastewater field under the supervision of a Professional Engineer through application of relevant design criteria, standards, and processes.

Responsibilities:
Design of system elements and coordination with several disciplines on major to moderate water/wastewater projects or a combination of smaller projects
Perform all design efforts in accordance with current regulations
Work with clients, staff engineers, designers and subconsultants on multiple concurrent projects from planning through final design, construction, and commissioning
Recognize and communicate project needs to supervisor
Assist in direction of project planning, budgeting, and establishing critical project objectives
Occasionally travel to project/client sites to complete tasks or attend meetings
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field required
Course emphasis on water/wastewater preferred.
AutoCAD and/or MicroStation skills desirable
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Critical thinking and problem solving
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, project managers, supervisors, and other team members
Valid driver's license with demonstrated safe driving practices
