We want you to apply!Job Summary and QualificationsEP Electrophysiology TechnicianWe are seeking a caring and compassionate Electrophysiology Technician. As our EP Technician, you will greet our patients, comfort them and transport them to the EP Lab. Once in the lab, you will assist the physician in performing invasive EP procedures. Typical duties may include:You will assemble supplies and equipment needed for procedures.You will assist in soothing and positioning patients.You will maintain sterile techniques.During procedures you will also assist in the monitoring the patient as you assist the physician.After the procedure, you will gather equipment for cleaning and sterilization.You may transport the patient to recovery.QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree in Biology Anatomy & Physiology, or related field Experience: 2 years of Electrophysiology experience with knowledge of EP and Ablation devices. Licensure: RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) Training: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) requiredSkills: Proficient in arrhythmia identification, hemodynamic changes, all interventional (EP/ablation/coronary/peripheral).
