Position Overview: Gravity is looking for an Equipment Project Manager to assist our client in the administration, implementation, and management of HVAC equipment projects, taking accountability for the projects' scope of work, schedule, and budget.

Duties & Responsibilities: · Plan and analyze assigned projects, establish schedules and project parameters involving complex equipment applications.
· Communicate with customers and their representatives including: building owners, mechanical contractors, subcontractors, and field support staff. Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns.
· Compare estimated ship dates with contractor's project schedules and ensure compliance with internal equipment ordering processes. · Maintain the accuracy of forecasted cost at completion as well as controls expenses by monitoring assigned project budget.
· Enter equipment orders, issuing purchase, and generate work orders for equipment start ups.
Required Experience & Skills: · 1+ year of experience working with customer service and problem solving for customers and their needs.
· 1+ year of experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high paced environment with attention to detail
· 1+ year of experience working with HVAC or manufacturing is preferred 
· 1+ year of experience working with strong communication skills 
· Assocaites or bachelor's degree is preferred
