This associate will ensures our homebuyers are satisfied with our service and develop/participate in marketing to attract and retain clients.  Escrow Closing Assistants maintain and organize the office lobby, while courteously, cheerfully, and professionally welcome all guests. Answers and assists incoming telephone callers with polished telephone etiquette. Creates a positive image of Lennar Title.   Your Responsibilities on the Team Ability to process cash, loan, refinance and other transactions, independently, from contract execution to closingAbility to spot potential closing issues and resolve timely and professionallyPrioritizes and meets deadlines and handle multiple tasksPerforms assigned clerical dutiesRegularly monitors office supplies and orders needed suppliesMaintains the log booksPrinter and copier administration and maintenanceMailing, postage and distribution of mailRequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalentReception and/or customer service training preferredMicrosoft Office experience requiredLife at Lennar TitleAt Lennar Title, Everything's Included in our homes, and Everyone's Included on our team. Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment.
