Position - ETQ / Quality Systems Support Administrator Location - ROSWELL, GA Job Type - Long Term Contract

Detailed JD & responsibilities:

Job Duties:
•Provides daily system support (via telephone, email, and instant messaging) to users of the EtQ Reliance tool.
•Troubleshoots system issues with users and works with them to solve the issues, as well as the software vendors when necessary.
•Performs a number of system administration duties, such as updating website information content, system data changes, etc.
•Assists with configuration changes to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance.
•Creates and executes test cases to confirm configurations work as expected.
•Assists with software validation and change control activities.
•Assists with the development of charts, graphs, and other reports utilizing Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
•Assists with the development of training materials.

Required and Preferred Skills:
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Excellent organization skills.
•Passionate about their work and with helping others succeed; a team player.
•Experienced with system troubleshooting and investigating to find the root cause.
•Experienced user of Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•SQL experience required.

•Past scripting experience preferred (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Vbscript).
•SharePoint experience preferred.
