In Speed Tech, we are innovating both in terms of tech architecture as well as leveraging new technologies. You will be working on high visibility programs influencing leaders at all levels. As a TPM, you will be owning the stakeholder management, planning, and working with country leaders spanning across orgs within Retail. This role provides you the opportunity to think big in terms of strategy as well as significantly impact the business bottom line.
The ideal candidate should have thrived and succeeded in delivering broadly adopted technology products or services in a very high growth environment. You should be a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, and understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence. You should have keen business sense and also have developed a deep understanding of technology. Qualified candidates have experience defining programs, mapping product requirements to engineering functional specifications, leading large cross-functional and cross-organizational programs, and successfully delivering complex programs at high scale.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
