The Job To succeed in this role, you are professional, friendly, and are willing to meet the highest standards of quality customer service. What You'll Do Follow and uphold all beverage, service, and aesthetic standards set by the Eulogy Venue Coordinator, ensuring a strong focus on customer experience, education, quality, and efficiency throughout service execution. Accurately perform all opening, closing, and side work duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas and customer spaces (Collect, wash, and stock glassware, plates, and utensils) Prepare cocktail ingredients and mix beverages according to recipe and portion control standards Check guests for proper identification and serve alcohol to guests in accordance with federal, state, local and company laws and regulations Process credit card transactions, ensuring all items are rang in correctly and charges are accurate. Assist in stocking and organizing products in all beverage coolers Report supply reorder needs and maintenance needs to management Provide event support Be willing and able to perform multiple roles including bar, door, ticketing, etc Set up and break down for various operational models (live music, taproom, event, private event, etc.) Contribute to all aspects of successful venue operations Who We're Looking For Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required Minimum age requirement of 21 years 3+ years cocktail bartending experience Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Positive, engaging personality and professional work ethic Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong task and time management abilities Eye for detail and thorough understanding of craft beer Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs Basic math and computer skills, and POS knowledge The Details Job Type: Individual Contributor Reports To: Eulogy Venue Coordinator Employment Type: Part-Time, Hourly + tips Job Schedule: work schedule varies What We Offer Dental + Vision Insurance
