RESPONSIBILITIES: Build and update content for SharePoint sites and regular update kits. Ensure global translations for SharePoint updates. Develop and deliver high-quality verbal and written content, communicating clearly at multiple levels. Work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Follow up, document processes, and pay attention to detail. Organize and work through set processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues involving multiple groups. MUST HAVES: Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Systems, Change Management, Communications, or a related field. At least 2 years' experience working with a global, diverse team. Proficiency in M365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Adobe. DAY TO DAY: The Adoption Content Coordinator ensures users maximize the value of EUX services by enhancing their usage performance. They will be working 2 days onsite at the HNA location, with the general hours being 7AM EST-4PM EST. This role involves creating materials and communications to support IT-driven initiatives, such as presentations, web pages, and graphics, to inform employees about upcoming and ongoing changes, including system upgrades, new processes, and policies. Key responsibilities include aiding in the creation of adoption kits for EUX projects, working closely with Adoption Leaders to understand user impact and timelines, coordinating with zones to build local operational deliverables, and managing global translations for SharePoint materials, newsletters, and M365 tools. The coordinator contributes to the "Shift Left" approach by managing knowledge articles, service catalogs, and social media updates, identifying and mitigating risks in change management, leading the development of the IT Services Catalog globally, and handling adoption operation activities. Additionally, the role involves editing, proofreading, seeking new communication and training methods on Information Systems topics, and creating or assisting with support documentation and presentations.
