Executive Assistant II, SPS, SP Support WW OpsThe Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our growing WW SP Support Operations team. You'll support two directors on a global team that works with leaders across different countries. As the lead EA, you'll work closely with two other Executive Assistants in the organization, helping to keep the rhythm of the business and team activities running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications
• High school or equivalent diploma
• 5+ years of [for EA II] experience providing support to senior leadership or 3+ years Amazon experience
• Experience with Executive Level Calendar Management
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications
• Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
• High level of integrity and discretion
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision



Key job responsibilities
The Executive Assistant will be entrusted with managing confidential information and must consistently demonstrate professionalism when interacting with senior executives. Key responsibilities include expertly handling multiple complex calendars, planning and coordinating events of various sizes, and managing both domestic and international travel arrangements. Additionally, this role will act as a Lead EA and play a crucial part in fostering a positive team environment and building strong working relationships both within the group and with external partners.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
- Experience with Executive Level Calendar Management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience leading process improvements
- Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
