Executive Assistant

Hybrid- In office 3 days a week- decided by manager Responsibilities Managing the front desk Answering phone and emails, directing them to the appropriate party Ordering supplies for residents and physician, distribution of supplies Stocking Resident and Physician on call room with coffee, supplies, ect Approving access for Physician and residents to utilize on call suite Running various reports Scheduling meetings Starting and recoding meetings Requirements and skills 2 years work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role Excellent MS Office knowledge Outstanding organizational and time management skills Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines) Excellent verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality High School degree PA diploma or certification is a plus
