Job Summary As an Executive Chef on the FLIK Boston Aces team, you are responsible for overseeing all culinary functions for dining accounts in the Boston area. You will manage and lead a team of associates and oversee all safety and sanitation as it pertains to the accounts. Additionally, as part of the culinary team, you will be responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities: Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the accountPlans and creates all menusPurchases and manages inventoryRolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary teamPreferred Qualifications: Culinary degree preferredThree to five years of culinary management experienceHigh volume production and catering experience is essentialPrevious experience managing cost controlsDesire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice companySome travel may be required for this role Apply to Flik today!
