Responsibilities for an Executive Chef, Culinary Services Manager with Phoebe Allentown: Responsible for managing the assigned campus –Culinary Services Department. Implementing the facilities' food services program and department strategies to achieve goals assigned to the department; ensuring the department's compliance with operating policies and procedures as well as outside regulatory requirements; organizing the work and activities of the department; communicating with appropriate personnel; directly supervising assigned personnel; providing periodic reports. Requirements for an Executive Chef, Culinary Services Manager with Phoebe Allentown:The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.Associate or bachelor's Degree in field of (Culinary, Hospitality or Dietitian).Experience in healthcare culinary services preferred. Certified Dietary Manager and Serve Safe Certified.
