The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the educational efforts with external stakeholders, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician's assistants, to promote non-opioid pain management and regenerative health solutions.
This role involves close collaboration with thought leaders to educate the broader medical community, owning and maintaining relationships with identified thought leaders, and ensuring the training and education of the company's speakers and staff align with its mission and medical science plans.
The Executive Director will also be tasked with evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of regional workshops, maintaining training records, and managing a field trainer program to disseminate up-to-date knowledge and resources.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a preference for those who have at least 4 years in sales management or thought leader education.
The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to inspire and connect with people, and a proven track record in designing and delivering effective educational programs.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, capable of managing multiple projects, and have a strong customer service approach.
Supervisory experience and a background in non-opioid pain management are highly valued.
