This role is open to be based in: New York City, New York We are seeking a VP, Executive Producer to lead and execute content, video, and experiential productions across various programs, including social, influencer, and events. This role is for an innovative, detail-oriented, and energetic production leader. You represent production's best practices and manage risk, all while being innovative, flexible, and proactive so that nothing falls through the cracks. The job You will be responsible for leading and managing creative productions with a focus on content and experiential. Together with the EVP, Production Lead, and the Head of Client Delivery, you will be innovating on production processes and elevating best practices for quick turn production opportunities. During creative ideation, you'll consult on production planning, feasibility, and proactively map to timing and budget. You'll develop, own, and track timing and budget inputs into overarching project management frameworks. You'll be the main point of contact from pre-production through onsite production, post-production, and final delivery for multiple projects, efficiently using tools and trackers to manage production workflow, and acting as an agile and proactive partner across project management, creative, production delivery specialists, as well as clients during key production milestones.
\n ResponsibilitiesPartner with creative, project management, and account leads to inform, scope, and execute productions end to end, at the highest quality.Prepare and customize production budgets, schedules, and other planning documentation for content shoots, experiential productions, and other production deliverables as needed. Partner with Business Affairs to ensure all compliance and legal issues are managed across deliverables, providing a point of view to managing risk.Cultivate and maintain relationships with a variety of vendor partners.Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to champion innovative ideas, by assessing feasibility, advocating for the creative process, and providing solutions on time and budget.Possess a willingness and curiosity to learn and explore beyond your core.Manage expectations across the team and client, giving recommendations when required.Partner with project management ongoing to innovate on process and tools, merging best practices with customization as needed to unlock high levels of creative and client service on evolving programs.Willingness to travel to events and shoots for productions, working directly with clients and teams onsite. Basic Qualifications8+ years experience at a creative agency, marketing/comms, production company position.A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred QualificationsUnderstanding of end to end processes involved in a production lifecycle (social, video, design, experiential) and ability to work across both in house and vendor teams.Enthusiasm and deep knowledge of social media is a plus.Excellent planning, organizing and time management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong ability to estimate and manage budgets, create timelines and other production process documentation.

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
