• Registers guests• Checks out guests and settles accounts• Provides general information to guests• Balances and audits Front Office postings and settlements• Updates daily checklist and guest history• Balances credit cards, direct bills, and miscellaneous charges• Closes food and beverage point of sale system• Starts close-out process and distributes Night Audit Report Packets• Provides exceptional customer service• Rectifies guest complaints quickly and efficiently• Communicates guests' needs to other team members and departments
Requirements
• High School diploma or GED• 3-year experience in hotel front desk desired• Physical demands: close vision, repetitive motion, bending, standing, walking, reaching, occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
