Stevens Auto Group is seeking a talented and ambitious Finance Manager to join our multi-franchise automotive group. The Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) plays a critical and strategic role in the organization, helping to drive company growth, profitability, and sales volume. The right candidate has a combination of quantitative and interpersonal skills enabling them to successfully assist new and used car buyers with their financing and product needs.F&I Managers work with our financial lenders to acquire approvals and funding for their clients and the dealership. As with all positions within our dealerships, F&I managers are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards and follow the Federal Safeguard and Red Flag rules and standards. These managerial positions are required to maintain the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Loan origination through vehicle financing to customersProviding buyers with insurance and other protection plans including but not limited to: warranties, aftermarket productsProviding a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership benefits, service procedures, and policiesPreparing & processing financing and leasing deals accuratelyMaximizing backend gross profit while delighting customers in their buying experienceSecuring approval through financial sources and complying with the proper federal & state regulationsTraining and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs, the benefits of the dealership's financing, and extended service programsStaying up to date on the department's contracts in transit, ensuring timely cash flowF&I Managers are required to understand and keep abreast of the federal, state, and local regulations that affect their operationsAbout StevensPoised for a major expansion, the Stevens Auto Group is a leading multi-franchise dealership operation based in Southern New England.
